Family Home Visiting Program
The Family Home Visiting Program provides in-home support to assist families with healthy child development. The program is for prenatal mothers and families with children under four years of age. Our home visitors work with the parent(s) to ensure optimal growth & development of the child, enhance parenting skills and support families to access resources within the community.
