E.S.L. (English as a Second Language) Class
In partnership with The Toronto District School Board, RPCHC offers English classes to Canadian citizens, permanent residents, convention refugees and refugee claimants. The program provides language instruction, orientation to the community and available services, as well as academic preparation for further education.
