Street Outreach
The community outreach worker connects with homeless clients to develop ongoing relationships, assist with information and provide individual advocacy, resources, referrals, as well as short-term and long-term support to individuals living on the street. Our outreach worker is able to help with a range of issues, including housing, income supports, medical referrals, access to harm reduction supplies and support to deal with drug or alcohol abuse.
