The dietitian works with individuals, groups, and families to support healthy eating for a variety of dietary needs including chronic diseases, heart health, healthy weight, growth and development for children and other dietary requirements.

A variety of services are available through individual appointments and group programs such as workshops for parents of preschoolers and health promotion activities for seniors and newcomers. Service may be offered virtually or over the phone.

Diabetes Education Program

We are a team of certified diabetes educators, registered nurses and dietitians, who provide diabetes education to help prevent or manage type 2 diabetes, to adults living with Type 2 diabetes, pre-diabetes or at high risk of developing diabetes in the Regent Park area and surrounding neighbourhoods.
