Do you have a suggestion or want to make a complaint about our programs and services?

Your suggestions or complaints will help us to improve our services. We welcome your feedback.

If you are not satisfied with our services we would like to know about it.

All complaints are taken seriously by the staff and management. Efforts will be made to respond to your complaint within ten working days.

You can make a complaint to Regent Park CHC in the following ways:

You can speak to any staff person and ask them to help you to make the complaint. This can be done in person at any of our locations or over the phone.


You can ask to speak directly to one of our managers or directors. Request to speak to a manager at the reception desk.
